About Joginder Kundhi:

I was born in a small town Kisii, Kenya. I completed my higher education in Kisumu. In 1966, I moved to UK with my husband and two boys. I was diagnosed with cancer of larynx and subsequent lost my voice in 1990. Presently I speak through a silicon valve. I took interest in disability issues and became a citizen advocate and volunteered to work with disability charities in UK and abroad. In 2010, I inaugurated Bent Punjabi Association to help the elderly in the borough of Brent.
